We’re an online-based business serving from the 77373 area, offering both delivery and pickup on select days.

3. How do I place an order?
Simply visit our website, browse our menu, add meals to your cart, and check out. It’s that easy! Can also place your order through our business number if you prefer.

4. Can I customize my meals?
Yes, we offer customizable options to suit dietary preferences, including low-carb and high-protein meals.

5. Do you offer subscription plans?
Yes, we have flexible weekly subscription plans so you can enjoy consistent, healthy meals without the hassle of reordering every time. Contact us and we'll help you set one up.

Ordering and Delivery

9. When will I be able to pick up my orders?

Pickups are made:

Monday: 4pm-7pm

Wednesday: 5:30-8pm

Friday: 4pm-7pm

Sunday: 9am-3pm

10. When will my meals be delivered?

Deliveries are made:

Monday:10am-2pm & 6pm-8pm 

Wednesday: 10am-2pm

Friday: 10am-2pm

11. How is the food packaged?
Our meals are stored in eco-friendly, microwave-safe containers to maintain freshness and convenience.

12. What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to North Houston/Surrounding Houston areas. Contact us to see if we deliver to your location.


Payments and Refunds

13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, debit cards, and some online payment platforms.

14. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order up to 4 hours after initial order.

15. Do you offer refunds?
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.


Food Quality and Storage

16. How long do your meals stay fresh?
Our meals remain fresh for up to 4–5 days when refrigerated. For extended storage, meals can be frozen as-well.

17. How do I reheat the meals?
Meals can be reheated in the microwave or oven. 

18. Are your ingredients organic?
We prioritize fresh, high-quality ingredients, including organic produce whenever possible.
